Intuitive Bodywork

I have worked with hundreds of clients since 1993, when I graduated New York's Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy. I bring compassion, conscience and consciousness to my practice. My education combined Eastern energetic approaches with the Western medical model, and I have broadened my focus through the study of numerous modalities. I am trained in prenatal and postpartum massage, and I can teach infant massage to new parents. I use aromatherapy. I have studied with leaders in the field of trauma recovery, and I have worked for many years with survivors of childhood abuse.

Most importantly, I listen to my clients, with both ears and hands. I believe an individual knows best what s/he needs, and that I am here as a professional facilitator; I don't approach any session with an agenda. We create a treatment plan together, and two-way communication is the key to keeping the work going in the right direction.
